The relation between the lessor and the lessee can become a source of conflict to the point where the lessor may be entitled to request from the competent court to get the lessee evicted from the premises.
If the leased property is a residence, the eviction will be difficult because the lessee benefits from a particular right against eviction. If however the leased property is a commercial one, the lessee doesn’t possess this protection so the eviction may be obtained very quickly in some serious cases.
